Maryanne is Viva!'s Food & Cookery Manager. In a previous life she was a psychology student, project manager for a European Commission initiative and teacher of English overseas. She first went vegan in her teens, before becoming vegan, and since then has been on a non-stop mission to create plant-based dishes which are simple, delicious and indulgent. Not content with merely cooking as a hobby, Maryanne turned her passion for vegan food into a career. From cheffing in ski chalets, on yoga retreats and at The Green Rocket restaurant, to running the Health Hub café and assisting at Demuths Cookery School, she will be the first to admit she has got about a bit during her career!
