A leader in the vegan community, Sam and her recipes have been featured on TV and radio, and in numerous magazines and newspapers. She is the author of two bestselling cookbooks, Fuss-Free Vegan and Fast Easy Cheap Vegan. Fast Easy Cheap Vegan is also the winner of a 2022 Taste Canada Award.
