Creamy coconut infused thick overnight oats with gooey chunks of mango topped with fresh fruits, sweet syrup and crunchy buckwheat
Ingredients
- 40 g oats
- 10 g chia seeds
- 10 g coconut
- 240 ml coconut milk
- 80 g mango I use frozen chunks
- Top with: coconut yoghurt kiwi, persimmon, cherries, coconut, dried white mulberries, dried goji berries, buckwheat, syrup
Instructions
- 1. Stir together all the ingredients and leave in a sealed jar overnight or for 8 hours.
2. In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash more milk if needed and serve with your desired toppings.
