- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1/2 courgette frozen
- 180 g mixed frozen berries
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder* or 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 knob ginger peeled
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 120 150ml soya milk
- 1 large handful spinach
- Topping suggestions: 1 tbsp blueberry yoghurt 1tsp strawberry chia jam, chocolate orange protein balls, fruit, muesli seed mix, protein crispies
1. Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
2. Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings.
