Chocolate Berry Ginger Ninja Smoothie Bowl

A thick and creamy fruit-and-veg-filled smoothie bowl that packs so much rich chocolatey flavour and zingy fresh ginger


  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/2 courgette frozen
  • 180 g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder* or 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 knob ginger peeled
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 120 150ml soya milk
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • Topping suggestions: 1 tbsp blueberry yoghurt 1tsp strawberry chia jam, chocolate orange protein balls, fruit, muesli seed mix, protein crispies


  • 1. Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
    2. Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings.
