Ingredients
1/2bananafrozen
1/2courgettefrozen
180gmixed frozen berries
1scoop chocolate protein powder*or 1 tbsp cacao powder
1knob gingerpeeled
1tbspflaxseed
120150ml soya milk
1large handful spinach
Topping suggestions: 1 tbsp blueberry yoghurt1tsp strawberry chia jam, chocolate orange protein balls, fruit, muesli seed mix, protein crispies
Instructions
1. Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. 2. Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings.
