Jonathan William Beaton

Jonathan William Beaton (1988) is a British writer, translator and vegan chef based in Ghent, Belgium. He runs the recipe blog Plant-Aardig.net and is co-author of the hybrid cookbook/graphic novel "Lovely's, a vegan cookbook". On Instagram he goes by @yay.plants
