Chloe Balhatchet

Chloe Balhatchet has been vegan since 2012. She is a PhD Student at the University of Cambridge. Winner of the Vice Chancellor’s Sustainability Award, she is the coordinator of the Plant-Based Cambridge campaign, and leads a departmental sustainability committee, among other environmental volunteering. Her favourite pastimes are creating exciting vegan bakes and visiting animal sanctuaries.
