Ingredients
- 170 ml Grounded Choc Protein M*lkshake
- 175 g self raising flour
- 1 tsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder optional
- berries to decorate
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients together to form a smooth, thick batter
- Melt a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat
- Once warm, spoon a large tablespoon of the batter into the pan
- Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flip
- Drizzle with maple syrup & top with fresh berries
