  • 170 ml Grounded Choc Protein M*lkshake
  • 175 g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder optional
  • berries to decorate


  • Stir all the ingredients together to form a smooth, thick batter
  • Melt a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat
  • Once warm, spoon a large tablespoon of the batter into the pan
  • Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flip
  • Drizzle with maple syrup & top with fresh berries
