Klaus Mitchell is the founder and CEO of Everkind Digital, the media agency behind Plant Based News and The Sustainability Awards. His award-winning platforms have been dubbed as “the most dynamic brands in the conscious consumer sector” by media group The Fix, reaching over 85 million impressions per month across health, sustainability, and lifestyle medicine, with 3.5 million+ combined social media followers and an email list of 120,000+ active subscribers. Mitchell graduated top of his class in Human Biosciences from the University of Exeter, before going on to complete a Master’s in the Genetics of Human Disease at University College London with a full scholarship. He has since become a respected and celebrated speaker at international events on health, wellness, sustainability, and digital marketing, including at UN COP conferences, universities, schools and companies such as Meta. Mitchell also contributed as script editor to investigative documentary Seaspiracy, which quickly climbed to become a Netflix top 10 across 32 countries, including the United States, with NFL star Tom Brady calling it a ‘must watch’. His digital marketing campaigns have also raised over $400,000 for feature documentary Christspiracy and generated more than €2 million in crowdfunding for food brand La Vie™.
