Our agency specialises in scaling conscious consumer brands, with a focus on wellness, sustainability, and ethical lifestyle, through a mix of Meta and Google ads and whitelisting through our trusted handles. Our work is rooted in years of experience helping mission-driven brands grow through authentic, high-performing campaigns.

Our client portfolio includes direct-to-consumer wellness products such as supplements, skincare, and online health programs. We’ve also helped amplify major events and brands in the longevity, nutrition, and wellness spaces, and continue to work closely with founders building at the intersection of health and conscious living.
As we evolve, we’re looking for a commercially focused and well-connected Partnerships Manager or Director to drive our growth. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the wellness world, who can open doors, close deals, and help us bring impactful wellness brands into our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
- – Identify and secure partnerships with health and wellness brands, particularly DTC and CPG companies in supplements, skincare, plant-based products, and digital health.
- – Pitch PBN Digital’s unique model, combining performance marketing and value-driven amplification through trusted media channels.
- – Leverage your network to build a strong pipeline of purpose-led brands looking to scale.
- – Build partnership proposals that clearly show how we support both growth and credibility.
- – Help shape our positioning in the wellness space by aligning with high-impact, authentic brands.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- – Develop and lead outbound strategies to bring in new business across our core services.
- – Use our bank of case studies, including 7x ROAS on Meta, reduced CPAs, and multi-six-figure campaign results to help close new clients.
- – Focus on long-term client value, not just one-off sales.
- – Work collaboratively with the performance and creative teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Industry Engagement and Agency Growth
- – Represent PBN Digital in the wellness industry and support our expansion into this vertical.
– Keep up with trends in performance marketing, DTC wellness, and digital health.
- – Offer input on how to improve our service offering to better meet the needs of growing wellness brands.
What We’re Looking For
- – Strong personal network in wellness, health, or CPG
- – Experience in closing high-value partnerships or deals with DTC brands
- – Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy (5+ years in a senior role)
- – Understanding of Meta and Google advertising, and how performance marketing supports brand growth (Not required, but a bonus)
- – Comfortable representing an agency and building long-term client relationships
- – Passionate about health, longevity, and helping good brands grow in the right way
