Ingredients
Chia Pudding (leave overnight)
- 1/4 cup chia pudding
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp dairy free yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves crushed
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Coconut Whip Mocha Latte
- 1 can coconut cream Cream from one chilled can
- 1 tsp icing sugar
- 2 tsp espresso powder of your favourite coffee
- cinnamon if desired
- ginger if desired
Instructions
Chia Pudding (leave overnight)
- Mix everything together and leave overnight. Stir a few times in the first hour.
Coconut Whip Mocha Latte
- Whip until thick and lush, and pipe it on top of your jar.
- Top with Gingerbread biscuits, sliced fig and berries.
