Instructions
Pierce potatoes with a fork and microwave for 10 minutes until just tender.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut into wedges.
In a bowl, mix all spices, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle wedges with olive oil, add seasoning, and toss to coat.
Spread evenly on a baking tray.
