Gingerbread Mocha latte and Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding (leave overnight)
  • 1/4 cup chia pudding
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp dairy free yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves crushed
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
Coconut Whip Mocha Latte
  • 1 can coconut cream Cream from one chilled can
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 tsp espresso powder of your favourite coffee
  • cinnamon if desired
  • ginger if desired


Chia Pudding (leave overnight)

  • Mix everything together and leave overnight. Stir a few times in the first hour.

Coconut Whip Mocha Latte

  • Whip until thick and lush, and pipe it on top of your jar.
  • Top with Gingerbread biscuits, sliced fig and berries.
