3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 level tablespoons of the sauce with 3 level teaspoons of tapioca flour until no lumps remain.
Fill 6 holes in your mould almost all the way to the top using 2 teaspoons of mixture per yolk. Place the mould into your
steamer insert and set aside for now. We have to get the pot fully steaming before adding the insert.
