Ingredients
1 1/2cupsoat flour
1/3cupcacao powder
1/8tspsalt
1tbspbaking powder
1bananamashed
1zucchinigrated
1/2cupmaple syrup
1/2cupalmond butter
1/2cupplant milk
1/2 cupstrawberriesdiced
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients
Once mixed, add in all of the we ingredients
once everything is mixed, pour into your muffin tins (this makes 9-12 depending on how much you fill up the tins!) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick can be removed cleanly (if you make only 9 muffins then they will need an extra couple of minutes!)
let cool before removing from the pan and enjoy! Make sure to store in the fridge!
