Ingredients
350gpotatoes
1tspof each dried oregano, garlic granules, smoked paprika
1/2tspchili flakes
Salt and pepper
1tspolive oil
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes in small cubes.
Wash them and put them in a mixing bowl, along with the spices and olive oil and mix well.
Add them in the air-fryer and cook for 25-28 minutes at 180°C. Turn them half way through.
Serve with the yogurt hummus dip, some fresh coriander leaves and crispy fried onions!
You can also cook them in the oven, just amend the cooking time to 35 minutes approximately.
