- 1 bagel
- 1 tbsp yeast extract
- 1 large tomato
- A few slices of Applewood™ cheese
- Plant based butter
- Slice the bagel and toast the inside until lightly golden, spread with a little vegan spread, marmite on both sides, place your cheese and tomato inside and toast until crisp on the outside and melted on the inside. If you don't have a sandwich toaster you can melt in the microwave for 20 seconds or so until the cheese is melted then grill or crisp off in a dry pan until ready.
