George’s ‘Game-Changing’ Vegan Cheese Bagels

This Breakfast Bagel is filled with fresh tomato, yeast spread, and perfectly melted Applewood™ cheese; creating the perfect combination of savoury flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 1 tbsp yeast extract
  • 1 large tomato
  • A few slices of Applewood™ cheese
  • Plant based butter

Instructions

  • Slice the bagel and toast the inside until lightly golden, spread with a little vegan spread, marmite on both sides, place your cheese and tomato inside and toast until crisp on the outside and melted on the inside. If you don't have a sandwich toaster you can melt in the microwave for 20 seconds or so until the cheese is melted then grill or crisp off in a dry pan until ready.
