Former world free-running champion Timothy Shieff will appear at a health and wellbeing event in London – sharing his tips for healthy living.
The event is part of the Vevolution Topics series of monthly events, during which plant-based pioneers come together to discuss the role of the vegan movement in re-shaping our culture.
The other speakers at the event include personal trainer, adidas global ambassador, mentor and inspirational speaker Adrienne LDN, plant-based, sugar-free and gluten-free chef Bettina’s Kitchen, and bodybuilder, powerlifter and founder of VeganFitness + RiseOfTheVegan Stephen Coote.
The event takes place on May 8 in London at the Trampery near Old Street.
