Speaking about the Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Awards, award Co-founder James Hacon said: “After the success of last year’s inaugural awards we were thrilled to receive such an incredible number of entries from so many brands and venues of all sizes in the UK and Europe.
“We set up the awards to recognize talent, share experiences and inspire the industry. In a tough market it is vital to focus on marketing and innovation to maintain and grow market share.
“The entries highlight not only the impressive levels of creativity out there but also the diligent and results-driven work that goes on behind the scenes to enhance experiences, improve customer journeys and drive sales.”
