A vegan entrepreneur, public speaker, and athlete is launching a webinar about working from home.

Kate Strong is an age-group World Champion in long-distance triathlon, TEDx speaker, coach, and more.

She has created the webinar to help people be productive, deal with family pressures, create emotional boundaries and more as they work from home during the coronavirus lockdown.

Working from home

Strong says: “Having been working from home for quite a few years, I want to support you in this dramatic shift from working in an office to working from home full-time.

“I recall the first few months of my working from home. At the end of the day, I’d find I had barely done any work at all… but had an immaculate house. Other evenings, I would find myself feeling quite anxious because any time I sat down to work, my housemate would distract me and I’d either snap at her, or delay doing my work.

“Needless to say, I found myself quite stressed, constantly thinking about work, struggling to switch-off as well as how to be productive at the times I sat down to work. Today, I am able to work remotely wherever I am based…I invite you to join me on my live webinar to gain valuable insights on staying mentally healthy, physically alert and emotionally balanced throughout this time of change and beyond.”

The webinar costs £15 per person. You can find out more here
