Vegan campaigner and celeb Pamela Anderson has sent supermodel Naomi Campbell a message asking her to stop wearing real fur.

Campbell wore a long coat made from the skins of at least a dozen red foxes at an event at the Manhattan Center last week, next to Sean Combs, who wore a white mink stole.

Message

Anderson passed the message on to a reporter at media outlet Page Six: “So many animals were anally electrocuted for this coat and sometimes skinned alive,” she wrote.

“Naomi, I adore you. I wish you wouldn’t wear fur. People follow you. You are a fashion icon.

“This is heartbreaking. Please have a heart and lose the real fur.”

Hero

Anderson has also penned an open letter to Kim Kardashian earlier this fall, urging her to ‘be a hero for animals as well as a great example to all your beautiful followers by swearing off fur’.

She also spoke to First Lady Melania Trump about dressing ‘more compassionately’.
