Vegan YouTuber, Rachel Ama, will be releasing a vegan cookbook this summer, which debuts June 6, 2019.
The cookbook, Rachel Ama’s Vegan Eats, which is currently available to pre-order, is filled with ‘easy to make’ recipes, with most dishes taking less than 30 minutes to create.
‘Fun, inviting and absolutely delicious’
Ellie Crisp at Ebury Publishing, says: “Let Rachel welcome you to her vegan way of eating with her epic Caribbean Fritters (using jackfruit and nori), Jerk Mushroom Plantain Tacos, ‘Chuna’ Pasta, or anything with her incredible Jerk BBQ sauce.
“For Rachel, it’s about showing you can still eat your favorite dishes from your own cultures and not compromise on flavor. She makes vegan cooking feel fun, inviting and absolutely delicious.”
‘Dance to Leon Bridges with Avacado Toast’
Rachel, who has over 170,000 subscribers on YouTube, traveled around South America after Univesity and found inspiration by how each country ‘offered a completely different palette of flavours’.
The YouTuber, who is well known for dancing in front of the camera, has accompanied most recipes with a song that you can cook along to: “Make Caribbean Channa with Nina Simone or dance to Leon Bridges with Avocado Toast,” Ellie adds.
