Celebrity rapper and songwriter Professor Green has said he eats plant-based ‘the majority of time’.

The Got It All star posted a picture of a vegan burger on his second Instagram account ‘I Used To Rave But Now I’.

‘Burger without the murder’

“BURGER WITHOUT THE MURDER: harsh but true. I’m not completely cutting meat out but I’m really enjoying being veggie/ plant-based [the] majority of time,” he captioned the post.

“I did eat meat yesterday, which was great, but I went into slumber shortly afterwards – not to say I’m intolerant to it, just that I’ve been feeling very light and energetic post meat free meals.”

‘Healthy mind and body’

According to The Standard, Green ‘tries to avoid meat’ to take better care of his health – after facing complications from his hernia surgery back in 2017.

“It all plays into taking better care of yourself. I had some stomach issues and I had surgery and I was pretty much vegan [even] before that,” the artist said.

“It is me wanting to eat less meat. And if I do want to eat meat, then I am picky.

“And that idea of having to think forward about what you are putting into your body [and what] is conducive to healthy mind and body.”
