The general public is becoming

dairy products. With cow’s milk being a risk factor for diseases such as heart disease and type 1 diabetes in infants; mistreatment of cows;
and greenhouse gas emissions, many people are switching to dairy-free
alternatives. In fact, so many people are switching that a report titled, “Dairy Alternative Market – Global Opportunity Analysis and Industry Forecast, 2014 – 2022” estimated that the dairy alternative market is
expected to reach $21.7 billion by the year 2022. Growing at a rate of about
13.3% between 2016-2022, the industry is booming!
