Plant Based Chef Matthew Kenney To Host Vegan Masterclass At Mainstream Foodie Event ‘IKRA’

Californian vegan chef and restaurateur Matthew Kenney will take part in a food festival in Russia next year.

The chef, who founded PLANTLAB Academy, will be part of the second IKRA mainstream foodie event which takes place between January 31 and February 4 in Sochi.

He will give a masterclass dedicated to innovations in veganism and plant-based cuisine.

‘Culinary heritage’

According to organizers: “The festival will explore Russia’s rich culinary heritage and evolving food culture, as well as the latest global food trends.

“The four-day gastronomic celebration pairs international celebrity chefs with local culinary talent.”

Kenney’s masterclass will focus on modern raw vegan cuisine, as well contemporary culinary techniques.
