Artist and peace activist Yoko Ono has encouraged her nearly five million Twitter followers to read top plant-based physician Dr. Greger’s bestselling book How Not To Die.

Taking to social media, John Lennon’s widow, 84, writes: “Read Michael Greger’s book How Not to Die – look after yourself better by wisely choosing better things to eat.”

Ono, who is a known vegetarian, may now be following a plant-based diet after reading Dr. Greger’s book.
