Reality TV star, Gemma Collins, has described meat as ‘death’ in her upcoming TV show Diva Forever.

Collins, best known for her appearance on ITV2’s The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), posted a trailer of the series – which airs in August – on her Instagram

‘I wanna eat life’

“My brother’s a vegan. I’m going that way just recently,” the star said. “Like that [meat] is death. That’s death. Death. Death… It’s all death

“I don’t wanna eat death. I wanna eat life.”

The star has also shared a video of a chained elephant to her 1.4 million followers, captioned: “BARBARIC… When will all the animal suffering stop?

“It’s hard to watch but we must all be AWARE of the cruelty to animals that is going on daily surely someone out there is powerful enough to stop this.

“It’s hard to watch but even HARDER for the elephant.”

The Sun recently reported Collins had lost 35lb (2.5 stone) – to which the celeb attributed to a plant-based diet.

“Thanks for your weight loss comments my hard work is defo paying off. #veganlifestyle #eatlifenotdeath,” she captioned one of her Instagram photos.
