The upcoming episode of The Dr. Oz Show is set to feature a segment called “The Beginners Guide to Going Vegan Without Going Crazy.”

The episode will feature registered dietician and nutritionist Maya Feller and vegan cookbook author Terry Hope Romero. The description on the Dr. Oz website states:

“We’re busting the biggest vegan myths with our beginner’s guide. Learn how to make cupcakes, mac and cheese, bacon, pancakes, even tacos.”

The preview for the episode opens with Dr. Oz announcing: “If you think vegan is just salad, think again,” and ends with him stating, “these are so good, you won’t even know they are vegan.” You can watch the preview here or below.

The segment is the latest of Dr. Oz’s recent discussions of vegan diets, including an appearance earlier this month on The Wendy Williams Show where he touted the benefits of ditching animal products for the new year as part of the “21 Day Weight Loss Breakthrough”.
