Pro
skateboarder and ethical vegan Mathew Pritchard has announced his first ever
vegan cookbook deal.

Cookbook

The Dirty
Sanchez star
shared the news with 73,000 followers via Twitter on Thursday.

He wrote: “I
signed my first vegan cookbook deal. It still hasn’t sunk in but I’m so stoked.
Time to start writing.”

Plant-based
diet

Pritchard previously
hosted a YouTube based cooking show coined Pritchard’s Proper Vegan Cookin’.

Also an

in March of 2016 – a diet he says fuels his active lifestyle.

He told

“I think I’m living proof that it doesn’t make you weak.”

Compassionate
vegan

Pritchard
is not strictly vegan for the health perks, however.

He added: “It’s
given me loads of energy and not slaughtered a load of animals in the meantime,
and it’s saving the planet.”
