Just as Donald Trump was sworn in as President of the United States, the official White House website was updated with many changes.
Among the immediate changes was the elimination of all mentions of ‘climate change’ and the posting of Trump’s America First Energy Plan. The plan calls for revoking regulations, including “harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule.”
“For too long, we’ve been held back by burdensome regulations on our energy industry.”
This action is an indication that Trump will ignore mounting evidence that animal agriculture is the top producer of damaging greenhouse gases, according to the FAO and United Nations. In place of the removed information, the administration has published pages entitled, “America’s First Energy Plan,” “Standing Up for Our Law Enforcement Community,” and “Making Our Military Strong Again.”
“President Trump is committed to eliminating harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan.”
Also gone from the site are the LGBT, civil rights, and health-care sections.
