Celebrity singer turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham has announced she follows a plant-based diet.

Speaking to her 28.6 million Instagram followers, the celeb, who’s married to ex-footballer David Beckham, posted a series of stories talking about Puori – a ‘premium’ supplement brand.

Vegan collagen

She showed products including a plant-protein booster, vitamin berry booster, which she says she now ‘takes daily’ – all of which are labeled vegan.*

Victoria told her fans the brand is ‘targeting people’ that follow a plant-based diet, adding ‘which I actually do have’.

David Beckham ditches meat

The announcement shortly follows husband David Beckham, who announced that he hasn’t eaten meat for the last three months.

David, who is the current president and co-owner of Inter Miami CF, said he has ‘never’ changed his diet like this before – and described the experience as ‘not easy, but actually enjoyable’.

He then showed off an array of veggie dishes to his 64.4 million Instagram followers, including courgetti with mushrooms, aubergine with blue cheese, a mango and avocado entree, chickpea salad, veggie soup, smoked watermelon, and sweet potato.
