Actor Orlando Bloom revealed he is ’90 percent plant-based’ in an interview with a UK news organization.
He spoke of his healthy and spiritual lifestyle involving Buddhist chanting and eating lots of vegetables.

‘I’m 90 percent plant-based, so I’ll only eat a really good piece of red meat maybe once a month.
‘I sometimes look at a cow and think, that’s the most beautiful thing ever’, he told The Times.
The Pirates of The Caribbean star added: “At some point in time, we’ll look back and not be able to believe we used to eat meat.”
For breakfast, the star says he eats porridge with hazelnut milk, vegan protein powder, and goji berries. Additionally, lunch is ‘mostly plant-based’, consisting of vegetables.

Aside from his diet, his daily routine involves twenty minutes of chanting as part of his Buddhist practice, as well as hikes across LA where he lives.
The actor has spoken about his love for dogs, and regularly posted about his affinity for them on social media.

The star told her 109 million Twitter followers she was ready to be ‘100 percent vegan’ earlier this year. Moreover, she is an investor in the plant-based meat brand, Impossible Foods.
