Hailey Bieber has returned to eating animal products despite ‘feeling great’ on a plant-based diet.

The model and media personality, who is married to pop sensation Justin Bieber, followed a vegan diet for two months during the COVID-19 lockdown.

‘It was not for me’

Speaking about her diet in a recent interview with  HarpersBazaar, she said: “I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me.

“I don’t eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don’t eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils.”

Hailey Bieber’s Instagram

Hailey regularly promotes plant-based foods to her 31.7 million Instagram followers.

Earlier this year, the star told her followers she was about to watch plant-based documentary The Game Changers – adding: “If you have any suggestions of other things to watch read send them my way!”

She also posted a picture of vegan soup and vegi sushi rolls which she described as ‘delish’.

“I’m still eating primarily plant-based but I have yet to give up sushi and honestly, I don’t think I ever will,” the celeb captioned a picture featuring tuna rolls.
