A tweet about Benedict Cumberbatch has sent vegan Sherlock fans into a frenzy.
The tweet suggests that the British actor – who recently played the role of the famous detective in the hit TV show – is now vegan.

Well known activist Kate Louise Powell re-tweeted a post, saying: “It seems that Benedict Cumberbatch has also gone vegan! Another high profile celebrity.”
The original tweet, (in which Powell blanked out the name), says: “My girlfriend and I just got to serve Beneditch Cumberbatch tonight. He’s vegan.”
Another used added: “My face enlightened [sic] when his wife was ordering and said ‘my husband is vegan’.”
Now all we need is confirmation from the man himself…
