A beached
great white shark was rescued this week by a group of concerned beach goers in Dana Point, California.
The event was caught on film and shared to a number of social media websites.
Rescue
A hook was discovered in the shark’s mouth, which the men removed prior to
freeing the animal back into the ocean from Capistrano Beach.
Still a baby, the shark reportedly measured between 3 and 5 feet in length.
In the
video captured of the event, onlookers can be heard cheering as the small shark
swam off into the ocean.
