UK restaurant chain Wagamama is trialing a new vegan dessert in one of its flagship branches in London’s Soho.

The eatery often tests dishes in its central London ‘Noodle Lab’ location before rolling them out nationwide.

These currently include the company’s Seitan Katsu Curry and steamed vegan Hirata Buns.

Something sweet

Following its success with the new vegan menu introduced two months ago, the Asian food-inspired eatery has made a surprise announcement – introducing the Mango and Matcha Millefeuille.

The dessert is described as ‘layers of matcha cream, vanilla sponge and yuzu cream
with a mango and passion fruit purée’.

Vegan

The new plant-based pudding is available from today at Wagamama’s Noodle Lab Dean Street branch in London for £3.50.

The high street eatery has made waves recently with its new vegan dishes, including its Seitan Katsu Curry, Kare Burosu Ramen, and Hirata Buns.
