The much-hyped veggie and vegan menu from UK high street chain Wagamama
The menu – which is a result of customer demand and contains 29 options in total – was curated by executive chef Steve Mangleshot.

The PETA award-winning yasai samla curry also makes an appearance on the menu – served with white rice, it’s a lemongrass and coconut curry with tofu, peppers, shiitake mushrooms and baby plum tomatoes.
Dessert options include sorbet.
Sadly, one dish is missing from the menu – the much-hyped seitan katsu curry which was part of a limited trial.
‘Inclusion’
According to Wagamama’s Customer Director Emma Woods: “When talking to vegan customers, what they want the most, is inclusion. That is the same with our vegetarian fans.
“Our first ever dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu can be the starting point to support a vegan lifestyle choice.
“From its October launch, we will be listening to our fans to make sure we are constantly adapting and innovating to meet customer desires and a modern lifestyle.”
