A plant-based soft serve called ‘Cocowhip’ will be rolling out in a new café in Toowoomba, Queensland.

Coffeeshop Mingle is set to open in Ruthven Street in February – and will introduce a new dessert that is both vegan and healthy.

The café is described on its website as focused on ‘providing raw organic and healthy food choices, without compromise in flavor’.

Offerings

Cocowhip is a dairy-free, gluten-free soft serve that is made from natural ingredients including coconut water, organic bio-fermented coconut powder, and vegetable-sourced stabilizers.

Toppings are also available for the cold, animal-free dessert.

The new spot, although not vegan, will offer a range of plant-based fare, such as coffee, raw treats, fresh smoothie bowls, salads, among others.

Mingle will open in February at 353 Ruthven St.
