Famed U.S. plant-based eatery By Chloe has secured a second London site ahead of its launch in Covent Garden this fall.

The second restaurant will make its home at One Tower Bridge, as part of a $13 million expansion outside the States.

The chain operates seven locations across the U.S., and is already planning to open a third location across the pond.

By Chloe is known for creating plant-based versions of popular non-vegan dishes, such as mac and cheese, meatballs, nicoise salad with ‘chickpea tuna’, and kale salad with ‘shitake bacon’.

Founded by vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli and Samantha Wasser in 2015 (though Coscarelli is no longer involved) the brand’s best-seller is the Guac burger.

The 100 percent plant-based chain also has pastries, cookies, and cakes on offer.
