The U.K.’s first all-vegan pizzeria will be opening its third restaurant in late August.

Purezza, which has eateries in Brighton and London, will open its newest outlet in Hove. It will boast vegan pizza alongside cocktails, starters, a full gluten-free menu, and raw mains and desserts,

Its new branch will have two floors. According to Purezza, its Brighton store often has queues out of the door and wait times of up to three hours during Summer, so this new outlet close by should ‘ease this pressure’.

‘A big year’

“2020 was always set to be a big year for Purezza, and whilst the Coronavirus crisis was an unforeseen challenge, it won’t affect our plans,” Tim Barclay, co-founder and co-owner of Purezza said in a statement sent to Plant Based News.

“Purezza is a growing brand, but our home has always been Brighton and Hove. Before looking at national expansion, we’re proud to be able to give some of our most dedicated customers a brand new beautiful space in Hove to enjoy.”
