The bestselling vegan authors behind BOSH! are launching a live online cookalong series tonight.

Henry Firth and Ian Theasby will cook dishes from their books every night at 6pm (BST) throughout April on their YouTube channel.

Recipes

The recipes will include Easy Curry Crusted Potatoes, Guacajacks and Bacon Cheeseburger Hasselback Potatoes, and the ingredients list will be released in advance for the week ahead for anyone wishing to cook throughout the week.

The pair adds there is no need to worry if viewers have all the ingredients in your cupboards, there will be easy swaps and tips throughout.

‘Amazing, easy, insanely tasty dishes’

“Meat, eggs, and dairy can be tricky to get hold of at the moment – so let us introduce you to some amazing, easy, insanely tasty dishes, that are all made from plants,” Firth and Theasby said in a statement sent to Plant Based News.

“Brilliant new ideas you can add to your weekly menus. From our kitchen to yours, we hope to see you cooking along with us.”
