British recipe box company Gousto has extended its plant-based offering by launching a new vegan box.

The company, which delivers almost half a million meals a month across the UK in convenient and reasonably-priced recipe boxes, has added two new vegan dishes to its animal-free selection.

Offering

The new fare features a Curried Coconut Quinoa with Roasted Cauli & Kale and a Harissa Hummus, Roasted Veg & Freekeh Salad.

These additions are now joining the already-existing vegan dishes: Ginger Tofu & Mushroom Yakisoba Noodles, as well as the Chickpea, Butternut Squash & Apricot Tagine.

With Gousto, customers choose the recipes they want to cook then have the ingredients directly delivered to them.

Company CEO and Founder Timo Boldt says: “Following on from our success in 2017, we’re proud to offer the most choice (24-plus recipes and more than eight ranges), superb value (meals from £2.98 per portion), and to remain the only recipe box to deliver seven days a week.”

He also added that the launch of the new plant-based range means the company can ‘offer even more mealtime choice, flexibility, and convenience’.
