UK restaurant chain Zizzi has launched its vegan Christmas menu.
Dishes include bruschetta, ‘Beetball’ Polpette – pink beetroot ‘beetballs’ oven-baked in a Pomodoro sauce with vegan mozarella, Vegan Zucca Classic Pizza, and Sticky Chocolate & Praline Torte.
It also features the all-new Melanzane Tagliatelle, described as ‘aubergine, tomato, cavolo nero, and basil ragu served with red pepper-flecked tagliatelle, crispy sage, purple basil.

“Veggies and vegans can tuck into the new festive special with rich aubergine and tomato ragu, served with red pepper flecked tagliatelle, crispy sage & purple basil,” a spokesperson told Plant Based News.
“With an already extensive core menu of pizza and pasta dishes, nutritious meals for under 600 calories and a range of vegan and non-gluten options, Zizzi really has something for everyone this festive season – making it the perfect location for the ultimate Christmas get together.”
