Tesco has launched vegan-friendly ‘cheese ball’ style-crisps.

The snack costs £1 for a large 150g bag.

According to the retail giant: “[These are] milk-free cheese flavor maize and potato snacks. [They are] A classic snack, packed with flavor and baked for a light crunch.”

Vegan Tesco

Tesco has been one of the supermarket leaders when it comes to putting vegan food on shelves.

It was the first of the ‘Big four’ to launch a major own-brand range, with the release of its Wicked Kitchen line in January 2018.

Since then, it has continued to add plant-based options to its offerings, most recently launching a second – more affordable – vegan line called Plant Chef.
