Cooking Duo So Vegan Raises Over £6,000 After Launching Charity Cookbook

Roxy Pope and Ben Pook, aka the masterminds behind So Vegan, have launched a charity ebook titled The Lockdown Cookbook.

To download the ebook, fans have to make a donation to the couple’s fundraiser. 100 percent of the money raised will be donated to three charities supporting frontline workers: Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), NHS Charities Together, and UNICEF.

So Vegan has already exceeded its target fundraising goal of £5,000 – raising more than £6,000 ($7,422) at the time of writing.
