Cookery channel So Vegan will be publishing a cookbook in December, after the rights were acquired by Lagom – an imprint of Blink Publishing.

So Vegan With 5, by Roxy Pope and Ben Pook, with include recipes for breakfasts, light meals, dinners, and desserts. 

According to the publisher, it is pitched at both ‘full-time vegans and curious carnivores as a go-to guide for eating more delicious plants, packed with budget-friendly and time-saving recipes for the everyday cook’.


Authors Pope and Pook said: “Over the past two years, we’ve made it our mission to bring simple, fun and flavoursome vegan food to the masses.

“It’s incredibly humbling to see so many people all over the world enjoying our recipes and eating more delicious plants, and we’re both super excited to be publishing So Vegan With 5 so we can continue spreading our message that vegan food is for everyone.”
