Rise Of Veganism: Massive Vegan Festival Arrives In Manchester

A huge two-day vegan festival will be making its way to Manchester next month.

Taking place in Sachas Hotel on November 11 and 12, the VON Manchester Vegan Fest will feature workshops, food stalls, cooking demos, yoga, talks, and live music.

Among traders, Los Antojitos will have Mexican food on offer, Wholesome Junk Food will serve guilt-free treats, and trader Mancunian Dhali Lama will offer decadent curries.

Event

Stalls such as Vegan Haven, Soya Beings, and charities including Sea Shepherd and Greenpeace are also on the bill.

Famed blogger and reviewer Fat Gay Vegan will be giving talks at the event, while Sophie from Raw Lion Coaching will teach visitors about hosting a vegan Christmas.

The animal-friendly fair, which is organized by fundraising company Vegan Organic Network, is expected to welcome around 6,000 visitors over the weekend.
