RECIPE: Tiffany Watson’s Vegan Cookies And Cream with Baileys

Reality television star and restauranteur Tiffany Watson has created a plant-based cocktail using vegan Baileys Amande.

Watson was asked to create a delicious vegan cocktail with Baileys Almande, the dairy-free variant to celebrate Christmas – now Plant Based News is delighted to share the recipe for the Cookies & Cream with Baileys Almande with its readers.


50 ml Baileys Almande [0.8 units]
50 ml espresso coffee
100 ml vegan cream
Ground cinnamon
Vegan cookies (optional)


1. Pour two shots of espresso in champagne saucer glass
2. Add 50 ml of Baileys Almande
3. Pour in your single or double vegan cream
4. Stir the mixture
5. Top off with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
