Plant Based News has teamed up with top vegan chef Avant Garde Vegan – aka Gaz Oakley – to launch A Very Vegan Christmas.

This new section on the PBN site will feature recipes shared from Oakley’s new book Vegan Christmas: Over 70 amazing vegan recipes for the festive season and holidays, from Avant Garde Vegan.

Oakley loves spending this time of year with his family and friends. And when he started cooking, it was the first holiday event he took over. Now he’s created his Christmas cookbook to help anyone cook their own vegan version of an extravagant festive feast.
