Plant Based News is excited to announce that it will be hosting an exclusive zero waste supper club with top vegan chef Max La Manna, known for his Eating With Max brand.

The event, which will host just 40 people, will be held on August 16 at the beautiful space Second Home in Brick Lane, London.

The event falls under PBN‘s growing dedicated food platform, PBNFood – featuring the leading plant-based chefs and cooks from around the world. You can find out more about it here.

‘Delighted’

PBN Co-founder, Robbie Lockie, said: “We are delighted to be hosting this event. Max is a brilliant, inventive chef, and we’re happy to play a role in getting his food out to as many people as possible.

“Max also has a very important message to spread – and one that is getting more traction – the zero waste ethos. He doesn’t ever throw away food, recycling what he can’t use, and is plastic-free.

“On top of that, his food is exciting, dynamic, and an important part of the vegan conversation. I’m looking forward to seeing people enjoy it.”
